Dehydration Risk Estimator

Estimate dehydration risk based on heat, activity, time, and symptoms. This tool is informational and not medical advice.

Higher heat increases fluid loss.
More intensity = faster dehydration.
Longer time increases risk.
Total consumed during this period.
Sweating is a strong signal of fluid loss.
Darker urine can indicate dehydration.
Symptoms (check all that apply)
Severe symptoms require immediate caution.
How we calculate

We estimate risk using a simple score based on heat, activity, time, water intake, sweating, urine color, and symptoms. It’s designed for awareness, not diagnosis.

  • Heat: adds points above ~25°C
  • Activity & sweating: add points
  • Water intake: reduces points if sufficient
  • Symptoms: add points (confusion flagged as urgent)
